No, I'm not going tell you to paste in your eyes a piece of plastic for spring, is just eyeliner.
When I saw this at Fendi last year, I knew that this is how I want to look in spring with a good eyeliner, maybe blue or pink because it's a good option. I really recommend add a little bit of white shadow underneath, so the color will look more powerful when you add the eyeliner.
